Richard Western Ltd manufactured equipment carries a one-year warranty
from date of delivery.
Any defect that applies to the workmanship of Richard Western Ltd will be repaired
on site wherever possible, free of charge.
If it is necessary for the machine to be returned to the factory, the transport
costs will be charged to the customer. |

We will consider all claims during this period providing the following procedure is followed:
1] A completed Warranty Registration Form has been completed and returned to us.
2] We are notified immediately of any defect.
3] No work is carried out without ontaining Warranty Authorisation. |

This warranty excludes all wearing parts and paintwork.
Parts that are not manufactured by Richard Western Ltd are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee and are subject to their Warranty. Their findings will be binding. |
