ST Vacuum Tankers...
Manufactured using high quality steel our standard specification uses 6mm rolled barrels with internal baffles to reduce liquid surge during transport and includes rear hydraulic gate valve with inverted spreader plate, 4.5 metres of suction hose, sight glasses front and rear, ratchet type parking brake, parking skid, LED lights and hydraulic brakes.
All our tankers are shot blasted and undercoated with a two pack under coat before we apply a high build two pack paint top coat.

Single axle LP vacuum tankers with large diameter wheels...
Single axle LP vacuum tankers are designed for field and farm work and have a tank design that allows the use of large diameter wheel equipment. Sprung drawbar and mudguards are standard features and the “sub chassis” design gives a low centre of gravity.
Tandem axle vacuum tankers with road suspension...
The ST vacuum tanker range is designed for users requiring higher carrying capacities and for high speed road work.
All tandem axle tankers are fitted with our mono leaf spring suspension system with a choice of standard models, LX models for use with 65kph tractors, and HS models come complete with 10 stud commercial axles and 420mm x 180mm brakes.
A full list of options allows you to build the tankers to your individual specification. |

STC Vacuum Tankers...
The STC range of tandem axle vacuum tankers is designed for the professional user and includes as standard 10 stud commercial axles with 420mm x 180mm brakes, full length mudguards and hose tray, full length front mounted sight tube, 8” port for self filling arm, sprung drawbar, wide angled PTO and a stone trap. Extra wide axle spread and large diameter flotation tyres allows the STC tanker range to continue working in soft ground conditions.

Tandem axle vacuum tankers designed to carry application equipment...
The STC range has been designed to carry application equipment. The extended chassis continues to the rear of the tanker and has a large carrier plate with four point mounting brackets to carry injector, trailing shoe or dribble bar applicators. The tank is bolted to the chassis and allows you to choose tanks in painted or galvanised finish.
Shallow disc grassland injectors...
Single disc shallow injectors are designed to operate with the STC tanker range. Equipped with hydraulically driven macerator distribution units the grassland injector comes in 4.2m and 6.2 m working widths with hydraulic folding to give a 2.4m transport width.
The grassland injector uses single discs at 200mm spacing mounted in pairs on a semi steering carrier, 40mm delivery tubes c/w shut-off clamps and pressure control to keep a constant working depth. |
